everytime we talk we have a problem. if he says anything, he'll turn around and say ' i didnt mean it like that'. everthing he says is this way. i feel he is trying to mess with my mind. so what should i do about this?

He might just be VERY nervous around you, which means he likes you. Helping him to get comfortable around you would help with the problem, so that means to spend more time with him.
