I ask this one again I am 12 and went shopping wit my mom and my big brother and sister and they were pickin on me so i kinda was in bad mood. My mom kept telling me stuff an was nagging me like she does all time now. we used get along super good but now shes like always mad at me so i started yellin back at her and even tell her 2 shut up and leve me alone. She said i was rilly being rude and yell at me in the store. When i got home she gave me a rilly bad spanking that hurt and i had to write about what i did wrong and i was still mad at her cos she didnt listen to my side at all!! Is that fair or is she just bein mean???!!

we have only been together for 4 months he says a week away will tell if he cant live wothout me or if he can, he talks to other women tells them how sexy they are and when confronted tells me I am crazy. Given we have been fighting alot but I dont feel it is enough for him to want his space and flirt and talk to other girls... dont know what to do he means the world to me and says if he wanted to break up he would come out and say it, why a week and why does he need to be away from me???????

Ok well i have these two best friends and the both hate eachother, they are trying to make me choose between one or the other and it sucks.Should I confront them And tell them how I feel about the situation??They started hating each about 6 months ago because they are both spreading tons of rumors about eachother and im not sure which ones are true or not. I was with my boyfriend for about 1year and 5months and we were completly inlove for the first year and 3months and then we starting fighting...over just stupid things...but i mean what couple doesnt fight? well one night...about 5 days ago he decided to tell me that he doesnt think that we should be together anymore...and that he doesnt love me anymore...im heartbroken because hes the love of my life and i want to spend the rest of my life with him...can you really just stop loving someone? and is there anything that i can do to maybe make him realize that he does still love me and maybe we could work things out...cause im going crazy

of tools "Soul Power". the tools would feature larger grips for their larger hands as well as more "funky" designs on the exterior of the tool which look more "pimped out". the slogan of the tools would be
"soul power tools- bigger and funkier - just like you." the instruction manual would be in regular english as well as "rap" english. do you think this idea could catch on?

Alright, I am having a bit of a problem trying to figure out if this woman likes me, so bear with me for a sec. I have been spending some time with a lady, not a whole lot due to her wierd schedule. Anyway, last week she told me that she likes me and that we should stay friends for a little while. I mostly listened and later on called her and spoke with her for a little bit about what we talked about. Yesterday, she and I took a walk and had a pretty good time. We then went out to our church to help paint and again had a good time. Finally, yesterday I noticed on the walk that sometimes I would by mistake walk off a little bit away from her, and then she would say, I don't bite. Then I showed her something on my phone, and when she leaned over her shoulder was touching mine, and lastly I felt there were some other signs of interest. What is your take on this ladies? Give me your thoughts.

So I called him yesterday I knew that he was off so I called he said he would call me back but instead he texted messaged me saying that he missed me and if I missed him, I sent back yea and he asked if he could come over later and i again sent back yea and he said he would call me as soon as he could...well he didnt call back so I called him later like at 10 and he was like I'm talking to my daughters mom about her school problems I'll call you back well he didnt call again so I was like fine and I went out with friends as not to think of him well that didnt help. I guess I will just let him go but my question is should I call him and tell him anything...like dont bother calling or texting me. Or should I just wait and see if he calls and says anything about not calling?

My couzin whom I am very close too, my second sister, is very very angry with me right now. I did do something wrong, not unforvgivable, but wrong. we broke up but stayed friends and then he told me that he wanted me back and i told him that i felt the same way but he didn't call me for 3 weeks becuase he'd just got out of foster care and hadn't them for 7 yrs. then he wanted me to move in with them and when i got there his brother's soon to be ex girlfriend told me that he got her into a liplock and tried putting his hand down her pants but she pushed him away and she said that he was high and had one beer so that's supposedly why he did it and all he says is that he doesn't remember anything about that night.

He has 2 brothers 17yrs & 8yrs, His older brother is graduating this year and is very good in sports so he thinks we favor him more but that is not true. My 16 yr old played sports for 9 yrs and decided it was not for him.We are fine with that. We tell him not to get on the computer and then he does. When we say something he always brings up the way we punish him n comparison to his older brother.We have tried talking to him not arguing with him that did not work.everybody will say he's just a teenager but it's gone futher than just a teenager thing.
