Not weird at all! When you are "falling in love" with someone, it is because you notice things which attract you to this person.
You are choosing what you like about this person and weighing that against other people you have known. In other words, you are comparing this person with other people you have known. What you see, is what you like.
Make certain that you give it the test of time though. Ask your friends what they think. And finally, as YOUR PARENTS what they think. You will get VERY GOOD INFORMATION from these two sources: Friends and Family!!!

Before my current relationship, I would have said "yes" but, sometimes it just happens that way. Granted, I knew my fiance a year beforehand but, we started saying "I love you" not too long after we started dating.
It also depends on age somewhat since, by the time you hit your 20's, you've dated enough to know more of what you're looking for in a sig other.

Wierd? No. Unlikely? Yes. Impossible? Probably not, but I'd try not to rush into things. Even people who love each other have to work hard to keep a relationship healthy.

Yes, becuz you dont know every single thing about this person. You gotta know the bad and good about this person. Their flaws, disadvantages and advantages. You need to know this person like the back of your hand before saying you are in love with this person.
Right now, its just an infatuation. You are infatuated right now. You always want this person around you all the time right now. When you are able to take everything about this person, then you are in love with this person, becuz know every single side of them.
This person at the 3 wk mark is just showing the good side

Well...it's not weird. It happens sometimes. I'm not a firm believer in "love at first sight" (3 weeks falls under that category for me...^.^) but I'm sure it has happened to others and things have worked out fine. Just BE CAREFUL because it might just be a crush and crushes are called that for one reason: they're meant to "crush" your heart. Take things a little slower and see how things turn out. =)

It is very weired because you do not know that person like you should before you fall in love. It takes a awhile to really get to truly know someone.

I think it is hard to tell within those weeks who that person really is. In the beginning of dating someone you are all over each other. But over time you need your space. In my opinion I think that things like that just take time to really know if that person is for you.

It's not wierd, it's just most likely not love...infatuation feels a lot like love, but doesn't last as long...

There are many types of love, so no, it is not weird. Will that love grow and change into something that is long-lasting? It depends on how much care you give it.
