I take care my sisters three kids during the day and if he has gotten home before her he has tryed to have sex with me. What would you do and why?

Tell him to stop and threaten to tell your sister. Give him that 1 warning. If he continues and does not take you seriously this could lead to rape... assuming that you do not want ot have sex with him and say NO. Tell your sister. Cuz he sounds like he's not worthy to be your sisters husband. then get him to pay child support for 3 kids. That'll make him happy.

I would tell him to cut it out or I will stop coming over and keeping the kids. Or threaten to tell your sister/call the cops. If he is grabbing at you and touching you then that counts as a sexual assault.
He might also be stupid enough to think that you are joking when you are saying no. Let him know that you are serious and that you are not playing when he attempting approach you in a sexual manner.
People like that piss me off. He sounds like a a friggin' date rapist! UGGH!

dependign on how old u are if u are under age u migh want to first get some evidence that he is doing this to you because they might not believe u... if u are grown up u should know better than to mess or even think about sleeping with ur sisters husband but u still need to get evidence that he is trying to do this to u and if u do not want to.. but if u want to then i dont know what to say u might end up having a big fight with ur sister and family.. if u do not like it what he is doing i suggest get evident plant a camara somewhere and u can use this against him becasue u want hart proof that he is actually trying to do this to u...good luck with that..

You don't say how old you are so it's kinda hard to answer. But generally, men are taught that when a woman says "No", he must respect that.
So you have to do all you can to prevent his coming on to you, but if he does, then tell him in no wishy-washy terms that you arent' interested and that if he doesn't stop, you will discuss this with your sister when she gets home.
Then do it.

pretend you want to, when he takes all his clothes off, take some pictures and then post it up online and email them to his friends. embarass the hell out of him, if he still persists on doing that, talk to you sister about getting a divorce.

I would kick his hind parts because that is your sis' husband, he should know better. Then I would tell sis, if he is making passes at you and not getting any imagine who is saying yes to him!!
