I really want to go to boston college but i dropout of high school .With a GED and 2 years at a community college can i transfer into boston college and do the community college have to be in the same area as the college you plan on transferring to.

i was accepted into university of the pacific into predental prgrm. this high school semester, i am very realistically getting 4 Cs and a D. Though i am taking 4 Ap courses and receiving the D in AP biology, do u think i could be revoked from the school. Any feedback would be helpful.

I'll be a senior in high school next year and I have a 4.0 GPA, but here's the thing: I have four math credits, but the last one was College Prep/Stats---I didn't take Trig. I also haven't taken Chemistry.

How important do you think those things are? I'm strong everywhere else, AP Bio, 3 Foreign Language credits, AP US Gov/Politics, Honors English---is that enough?

I start filling out applications at the end of summer. What do you think?

ok, i already asked the same question but failed to provide more details. so yeah, i had all A's, as a sophomore in IB, and then this semester i got 4 B's, which for me, was reallly bad. anyway, i play 3 sports (some at varsity level), and i am a founding member of club and I am VP of it. also, i am a lead soloist for a band and i do a lot of chorus stuff so i am pretty dedicated to music. do u think these things and a great report card next year can kinda cancel out my bad sophomore semester, and do i still have a shot at the ivies?

I graduated HS in 1995. I began taking college courses that same year. I did not finish my degree. I would like to go back now and finish. Does anyone know if all the classes I took will still be transferable or am I going to have to start completely over?

What type of determination does it take to be a surgeon?
How will i know what type of surgeon i should be?
How long would i be in school?
I love examining models and disecting them and learning muscles and functions of organs. I love drawing the human body. I love how things are put together inside of it.
How would i know i had what it takes?

I have been taking my pre reqs for nursing school to get BSN degree then become a RN Nurse. Well I have been thinking about getting another degree in Psychology at the same time. I want to do both and they mostly have the same pre reqs I need to take. I like psychology because i find it interesting and I like nursing because I am always wantig to help people out. Is there a possabily of doing this ? I want to get both degrees or should I just choose One degree for right now? Both sound great. Has anyone done this before majored in two different degrees?

What can I do with it? It seems that everyone I know who graduated last year and got there assoc. do the same stuff that they did before (work at dead end jobs and dont make anymore at it). It seems like a bullshit degree.

i applied to williams college this year and got rejected. im an international student and have really good test scores, extra curriculars, recs and essays and i know i can really flourish there. however i didnt get in - probaby because i had a low gpa as the first two years of high school i really didnt care..
anyway i got rejected, but i wanted to know if there was some sort of appeal procedure to get the admissions to reconsider my case. i know i have what it takes to make it there.
informative answers only please. i am really planning on doing somthing about this.

Why is it better? For job applications? I will be attending UC Merced for most likely 2 years for my GE's and then I might transfer to UCLA or Berkley, but I was just wondering what advantages do you feel UC students have over CSU students?
