I really want to go to boston college but i dropout of high school .With a GED and 2 years at a community college can i transfer into boston college and do the community college have to be in the same area as the college you plan on transferring to.

You can try... depends on your CC grades and some sort of standardized test scores.

You can get into college with a GED and yes you can transfer your community college to a 4 year institution. No your community college doesn't have to be from the same area or even the same state.

Why don't you call them and ask them what/if there's anything you can do to get in? Boston College is a highly competitive environment. You'll need to demonstrate that you have changed dramatically. Is there someone you know who has graduated from BC or perhaps a currect professor who is willing to serve as a reference for how hard you have worked to change yourself both as a human being and a student? Maybe you could get two or three people to write references for you and you could include them with a letter or essay that you have written yourself about why it is of such importance for you to attend Boston College. Why don't you contact Boston College and ask them. I'm sure they'd know the best route for you to take to get into it.

Contact the admissions office of BC. They will be able to answer your questions more thoroughly.
