I have the online protection from AT&T Yahoo! I put the AGV on there to get rid of a virus/trojan. Now when I start up I'm getting a message that I need to remove the AGV to run the AT&T virus software? I'm not sure what to do. I'm also getting a message that windows can't find C:\windows\system32\proper.exe so I think I still have something on my computer that I need to get off. I guess this is two questions, but I'd appreciate any help on this.

I have an old computer, a pentium 3 and recently downloaded internet explorer 7.0. However when I did this, I did this through the yahoo website. In addition to internet explorer I also downloaded yahoo spyware. The problem I have is that I have tried to delete this application but my "control panel" is locked out. I keep getting a message that "The administrator has disabled this feature". I cannot get into my control panel or remove this software without getting an error message. On top of that, I keep getting the icon that my computer has spyware and it needs to be scanned. I have no idea what to do. I even tried to do a system restore and format my harddrive and still unable to do this.

Any suggestions would help.

I've tried everything, and yet nothing works. Even an alternate email source, proxy sites, and pinging the website IP. I need an expert not a kid or someone who thinks they can help me. Im just trying to get on at school, either email or facebook.com.
...I do my work in school so please dont answer with a... "Dont worry about it and just do your work."

I clicked on control panel and internet opptions and security tab and it doesn't say firewall anywhere on this computer. There isn't a security panel on here either. Please help??

each time i click on a new page a window pops up and says my computer says i have some spyware thingi and nnow its getting really anoying. I have this thing that cleans it and it says its clean but it still continues to pop up and say i have some virus. i really need help. I use webroot spy sweeper. If that helps. Thank you!!!

I just got the update for comodo pro 3 and i must say , it is way
more complicated than the other one , it s interface is not good
and im thinkin to changing firewalls , does anyone else feel this way about the new version and should I maybe get pctools firewall.

This is so bad.
I don't even go on a site or anything.
I have wireless. For example:
I'm using paint or itunes, which is not online.
Then all of a sudden an ad pops up like
all the time now! I know pop ups when you go
on a bad site but this is different! Like
somehow they hacked on my laptop or something!
This is so bad ! I really don't want to download
anything I just want this to stop !
