Use some unsecure wireless internet in library or Cafe shop. Can somebody minitor my internet history or email, online banking password even typing, documents?

Yes on all your questions.

Using wifi without encryption for financial transactions or any other transactions you don't want to be public is just foolish.

Also, if you are using WEP encryption you're asking for trouble since that encryption scheme is very easy to break. Use one of the varieties of WPA encryption available on the newer systems.

Yes, they can. You have to take the proper steps to protect your online data. The most importantly you need to be behind a firewall. This may be difficult if you are using a public computer.
