Any other suggestions on what anti-virus, anti-spyware combination is best for my comp. I have Windows XP on.

Yes. These are two completely different types of software. Adaware is for removing sypware and McAfee is an anti virus program.

you can run any number at the same time, but if you have a lot it will slow your computer down considerably. I would reccomend you just get NOD32, its the best available anti-virus system available, and is the only one you would need.

Yes you can.I have them both plus spybot search and destroy, i have vista, no problems.
