if its VISTA u r screwed!
if its XP, there are utilities out there, google for Unlock my computer.
Make sure u install the utility when u r next logged in.
U need admin rights to be able to install them,.

The best cure for this problem would be for you to purchase your own system, if your DAD will allow you to own your own computer. Remember, this is his house and his rules. You can have it your way when you have "your" own home.
