my computer was running normaly for pass few days only program i have running is Spy Docotor, Avast, Veoh, and that mostly it. One day i restarted it and now its laggy it when i get into windows it would freeze like 3 times i have to restart couple time. i scan for virus with two different program AVG and Avast and Spyware sweep it with SpySweeper and Spydoctor. only thing avg found with C Boot Failed like that. anyone no what wrong my computer? i already clean the cookie and recycle bin too. and format my C drive.

okay so her boyfriend logged into myspace and then all of a sudden it closed and all of the icons on the desktop disappeared. it wont even let them open the start menu. they have tried turning it on and off like 10 times and it wont do anything. they tried leaving it unplugged for a while and it still wouldnt work. if anyone knows what the problem could be or how to fix it please help!!!!

Basically, I'm listening to this song right now. I like it, and I want it. I'm listening to it though my headphones. If I am able to listen to it through my headphones, aren't I able to capture it, though a program or something, or whatever?

I know I did it with a song I couldn't download a while ago. I basically got some program to record any thing that was coming through my audio output. So any recommendations?

I know that there is a way to send messages through a networked computer system using the command prompt. There is a code you have to type in or something and you type the message and computer number and the mesage pops up on the other computers screen in a seperate window? anyone know what I'm talking about or how to do it?

I have an AC adapter that is not working for my laptop. One hair strain wire is exposed. I went to Circuit City and they told me it would cost $139 I found that to be ridiculously overpriced. The adapter has been working for months now, but today it just stopped working. Does anyone know if just the cord could be replaced instead of buying a new AC adapter.
Any advice or a cheaper method would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

I used to play pretty much everything(tv, movies, music) and i having kept updates currents the volume controll says i have all the audio on, but my computer dosen't have any sound at all, i would like to know if there is a solution, what can i do to resolve my audio problem on my computer.

I am tired of getting the following message every time I click "email to a friend" ----- I need an expert or yahoo tech.

The specified module could not be found

I have a blog (http://helpandtools.blogspot.com) and I give out FREE Computer Help & Tools + FREEBIES. On the bottom of the screen in the left corner it says "start". I used to have two rows of icons to the right of the Start and now I just have one row. Don't know how it happened. How do I get back to 2 rows? I tried dragging the up and down arrow and it didn't work. Please help. Thank you.

How do i overcome the un asked for security patch that prevents me from reading source codes in note pad?
I can not use note pad to open a website to look at the source code from drop down menu in the browser.
I can use note pad to open a website to look at the source but when I try to view the the source code of a website from the browser I get the errot messsage below , even off line I get a pop up box with the title" C\windows\system32\notepad.exe
The message says ..Windows cannot access the specified drive,path or file. You may not have the appropriate permision to access them"...............this has only started recently is it a windows security issue to do with XP ? Can anybody advise me..thanks. It does not happen in other peoples computers....Please advise before i go nuts

In my computer there is no facility to open D:/ drive as it made as Recovery drive by the manufcaturer. It is used for Reinstallation. If I format C:/ drive, can I do reinstallation?

hi all.i have an acer aspire series desktop,it only came with 192mb of ram i want to upgrade it but not sure what i need,i tried an online scanner thats supposed to tell u what you need to upgrade but it told me i have 256mb of ram but when i goto control panel-system it says i have i have amdsempron 3000+processor and 1.6gh,192mb of ram.i dont have a motherboard manual and the acer manual doesnt help at all or does there web site.Is there somewhere in pc i can find out what i need to know? eg;if i need sd ram or ddr ram how many pin ram it is etc?thanks in advance
