For pretty much any character you can imagine being anywhere, if you're running windows Click Start >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Character Map.
The ¢ sign comes when you use the keystroke Alt + 0162. There is also a nifty copy feature in the character map where you can copy and paste the characters.
Hope this helps!

This article by Richard Baguley is completely biased and I would suspect disingenuous. Meaning he is probably in bed with manufacturers that make higher end razors, which in this case is all of them. Yes, all razor manufactures sell high end, medium priced to low end razors to insure they profit across the class of incomes. The same marketing scheme is used in the generic labeling of consumer goods. But the only thing pertinent about a razor is how it cuts your whiskers, which is done by the blade 95% more than by the handle that contains it.
I've had razors that look like they were inspired by NASA, having three blades, that pivot several ways like a Dyson vacuum cleaner etc... The trouble about these ridiculously overpriced razors was that they didn't shave my face any smoother or faster than does my double edged Bic's 3ea. for a buck at the 99 ¢ Store. Also, you don't want a pivot head because you cannot control the pivot like you think so you end up trying to compensate for the pivot. Because of this, your skin can cause the head to buckle and cut you. I shaved with a pivot head one time and tossed them all.
Now from experience, I noticed that two blades are better than one but three or more are over kill. If you want to know why, reply...
