Everyday I am deleting Internet Temporary files only. May I delete the undermentioned files? 1.Office setup files, 2.Programme Installation, 3.Temporary files, 4.Unused compressed files, 5.Web client/publisher temporary files.

Well I am currently using Windows XP, SP2.
I want to change "My Computer" icon.
I tried to do this many times, but I couldn't.

I just bought a new computer and it came with Windows Vista Basic. TBH, I don't like it. Hardly any of my programs work on Vista without some kind of glitch or another. I just want to install my copy of XP Professional and get back to a happy life.... Soooo, what's the best way to go about doing this?

My computer was on the fritz and while I was having it worked on I borrowed a laptop from my sis. I ended up having it for a few months, but now she needs it back. Before I return it I would like to "clean" the computer and remove all files and programs and stuff, have never had to do this before is there an easy way to just erase everything minus the programs and essentials like that? I'm at work trying to enter some serial numbers into a spreadsheet. The original document was sent to me, and I just have to plug in the numbers. The problem is, when I enter in a number starting with a zero, when I move onto the next cell it deletes the zero. I need the zero's to stay in for this purpose or the number is useless. Does anyone know how I can change this?

In the past i kept reinstalling windows. This caused many partitions to bulid up and now i have extemely low HDD space. My HDD id 35GB and now i have 200MB. There are no large files or progrmas causing this problem. It is just the partitions. I have no problem with deleting all my data. I have tried using some programs but they do not work.
