You can do this by pressing the right Alt key and then the "+" sign. There are also other characters that you can make using this way.

Most modern computer languages, formula editors (such as in spreadsheets) or calculator software use the forward slash "/" to represent division.
If this is something you want to make look like a real "division" mark, such as in textbooks, you can either use a font which has the character and add it (if using Windows, you can use the "Character Map" applet [Start... Programs... Accessories... System Tools... Character map]). Another option is to use a specific mathematical software package, such as MathCad, Mathematica or an Open Source project which can handle formula editing.
I'm not sure which above applies in your case.

In the Microsoft word , choose Insert menu and in this menu choose Object , in the object window choose Microsoft Equation , by Microsoft equation you can type any Mathe formulas .

goto Start>Run and type charmap.exe and hit enter
choose Arial from the font list
in the last row, from left, the second button is what you call Divide in maths.
select it and hit copy, and paste it in the application where you want to use it.

if you are using microsoft WORD then simply
Insert > Symbol > choose (divide sign)
or you may use
keep press ALT then hit 247 release ALT it worked with me
