On the bottom of the screen in the left corner it says "start". I used to have two rows of icons to the right of the Start and now I just have one row. Don't know how it happened. How do I get back to 2 rows? I tried dragging the up and down arrow and it didn't work. Please help. Thank you.

right click on the taskbar blue line, and click Unclock Taskbar
now drag it up
it should give you two rows of quick launch

if it doesn't then there are some dotted lines at the end of these small icons, drag it to the left to make it smaller, and it will squeeze them in two lines.

right click on start button then go to "Properties" secect "start menu " option don't chose the "classic start menu"
In normal start menu there are two rows of icon on other hand in classic start menu there are only one row just like 98/95 operating system .
