Basically, I'm listening to this song right now. I like it, and I want it. I'm listening to it though my headphones. If I am able to listen to it through my headphones, aren't I able to capture it, though a program or something, or whatever?

I know I did it with a song I couldn't download a while ago. I basically got some program to record any thing that was coming through my audio output. So any recommendations?

No.

Basically this isn't a song you could get anywhere else. The song is playing through a custom flash music player on a site. That means you can't play it through Winamp, and that means you can't go and "buy it on a CD".

I used to have a program called Audacity, and I could set it to record, and any audio coming out of my speakers it could record the sound, and save it to a file.

I was just going to download Audacity again, but it doesn't record it the best of sound quality, so I was wondering if there was either a better program that can do it better, or if there was another, BETTER method.

If you don't know the song...remember some of the lyrics and search for "lyrics" and then the lyrics you heard. That will usually give you the name of the song and the artist who does it. I use it all the time...then you can go and get a CD...or download it.
