Is it possible to change the date taken infomation of a jpeg taken off my camera as they are wrong and you cannot edit them using the properties or Photo Info Powertoy.
I was told once how to do with paid software but I forgot the software name so is there a way of any freeware software that I can manually change the date of the photo to what it should be?

I recently found a similair question asked on here but it didnt quite answer my problem. I recently had to change my motherboard due to a resistor setting alight and permanently ruining the functionality of my system. The only part replaced was the motherboard, however as windows saw this as a substantial change It will now not allow me to log onto my computer (I choose my account and it says I must activate) However I cant activate my account... So what I need to do is re install my windows without loosing my data. It is very important my hard disk does not get formatted because my data is vital. I read that i should "Repair" my system but when I press R, when I have booted from my xp disc it comes up with the recovery console. I do not know what command to use in this console... So how can I get my pc working again without loosing all my files?? A specific and "easy" guide to doing this would be MUCH appreciated... Thx guys

windows xp, microsoft internet explorer. i have several programs that seem to download fime but when it comes to installing them right at the end of installing it rolls back and says " the installation was interupted, try to install later" i have gone thruogh alot of stuff to figure it out and haven't found any problems elsewhere on my computer. other installs have worked. did all the scans also. help! thanks

In MS Word, when I press enter its adding a double line gap. I tried paragraph settings - that didnt work. Ive tried font settings - that didnt work either! How can I stop it adding in a double spce between each line?

My computer doesn't shutdown within the normal 30 second time span. I usually have to close all my programs manually, including those in the system tray, especially ITUNES, before it considers turning off.

Any particular reason for this? I'm afraid I have spyware on my computer but nothing is coming up with my viral searches.

Well, if Yahoo is going to delete my email acount becuase they don't agree with what I say on Y!answers. Then I guess I'm going to just have say goodbye to Y!Answers. its a delicate piece photoprinter and scanner but at a great price on newegg so yes im tempted, ive asked around (thanks elly) and canon looks like the best, if i buy open box i save 40$ so can i take a look to c if it looks ok? after all i mean i am paying for it gotta make sure its good yes? anyone done this? i mean unless it was real bad id avoid

There are so many items/icons in my system tray (is that what it's called, the one located in the right lower corner of the windows desktop?). How do I remove some of them -- the ones I do not use regularly? I don’t want to just hide them, I don’t want unneeded icons to be there. It looks like a mess. Help, please. Thanks.

yesterday for some unknown reason my (e) key on my keyboard has changed to the euro sign,"€" on my tsunami wireless keyboard.

I just deleted some stuff from my computer when I went to control panel and add and remove programs. now my sound isn't working. the only things i deleted were old toolbars for my internet I never use. Some other crap like smiley central, and then music jute box or something. I also deleted quicktime. Then my speakers weren't working. neither was my itunes. So i re installed quicktime. Re installed itunes. And checked EVERYTHING around my speakers to make sure they are hooked in. They just WON'T play any sound! Is there anyway I can figure out what I deleted today??? Cause I have no idea.

Im running a P4(2.8Ghz) processor,768 MB Ram,256 MB graphics card comp.If i switch from XP to VISTA will the games tat i have in XP(NFS carbon,FIFA 07 etc.)work slower bcos of hogging of RAM by VISTA. Also i connect to the internet via an ADSL router. I jus have to enter my IP address in TCP\IP properties,no other software reqd. How to configure such an internet connection in VISTA (give steps).Will i have to reconfigure my router?Also in VISTA there is sumthing called as a WINDOWS DEFENDER.What exactly is it-antivirus or antispyware or jus a firewall? Do you have any other advice for me before i install VISTA.

My comp went for repair, it came back with XP Pro. Now I get msgs saying its not legal.
When I try to put XP home in, It responds with the version installed is a newer version & I cant continue.

Other vital info, my comp came back & it does nt go strait to windows it says I must use F1 to continue, also my flopy does nt work now, so im not gona put it back there in a hurry :((
