You shouldn't vacuum inside the computer, you should blow the dust out with compressed air.

First unplug the power cord and take the side off the PC. Now check all of the connections coming from the power supply, all ends of the IDE cables, then check the memory to be sure they are secure and all of your add on cards. If these were bumped and not securely positioned in the Motherboard your PC will not run. now as you are ready to put the side back on double check everything again.
After you replace the side of the PC plug the power cord securely into the back of the tower. Also check to be sure that if your PC has a switch by the power cord that it is switched with the - side down not the O.
Now start your computer it should start normally now. if not unplug and recheck everything again and plug in to be sure all fans are running. If all running and machine starts up fine close it back up and enjoy...
Please remember to use canned air instead of a vacuum when removing dust from the inside of your computer.

You must've accidentally disconnected something. Check to make sure that all the cords are plugged in where they need to be.
