its a delicate piece photoprinter and scanner but at a great price on newegg so yes im tempted, ive asked around (thanks elly) and canon looks like the best, if i buy open box i save 40$ so can i take a look to c if it looks ok? after all i mean i am paying for it gotta make sure its good yes? anyone done this? i mean unless it was real bad id avoid

im referring to a simple test not plugging it in and stuff just simple... if i found something real wrong could i still return it? i just thought the warning i need to agree to on buying it is too extreme, am i getting it chopped up or something?? says doesnt even need to include power chords ok? how bad is that then....
