Just need to reinstall the drivers for your soundcard.
If you have an onboard soundcard, then need to find your motherboard disk and just reinstall the sound drivers only.

Deleting programs should not cause any problem to your sound system. If you did delete your sound drivers then when you reboot Windows it would say that it has detected your sound system and would install the appropriate drivers from its database.
Check in the devices section via Control Panel to see if they are still listed.

Yes. in the accessories section in your computer there should be something like system restore, this will enable you to restore your computer to an earlier date, undoing anything you might have done to your computer.

You can try to do a roll back
Go to
Start...
Programs...
Accessories...
System Tools...
then click on System Restore
I'm not sure if that works on applications, but you could try it.

purely set up bills for each of your babies, and alter the account from "workstation administrator" to "limited". The limited bills sidestep them from setting up something without an administrator password, which of direction makes keyloggers impossible to place in to boot. as quickly as you have carried out that, make all your documents and folders inner maximum so your babies have honestly no get admission to to them. i'd additionally evaluate giving your babies effects for setting up keyloggers. those are very risky classes and can infect your workstation with risky viruses.
