I dont know why it keeps doing that. I'm in the middle of looking up stuff on my computer and out of know where it shuts off and restarts. A couple times it shut off as soon as it comes back on.

I have burned alot of mp3's onto CD's and they all work fine but when I listen to the mp3's through media player or media centre they all skip in the last 10 seconds of play.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be? Cheers

My internet provider is orange .My phone line BT.To get on the internet I have to take my phone off the hook.It also works when I phone someone.I am with orange broadband.I have had no trouble until about 2 weeks ago .Phoned BT and Orange each says its the others fault.I have a telephone extension lead from main phone line to the computer which has given me no trouble until now.Also bought a new lead changed filters .Took my modem and tower and plugged it in to main socket and its ok but for some reason it wont work with extension lead only if I take phone off receiver .Can anybody help.

Please can you help, and no smug answers! i have crap (personal stuff to me) eating up my hard-drive, yes i managed to defrag-however i want 2 get all pics, to a disk, instead of a floppy, i bought in argos, dvd-rewirters, that said saves pics etc on pc. It didn't even acknowledge its exsistance! now i am off back to argos, before i go and screw up with "their" advice "again" can you guys help?
Its a dell optiplex gx110 windows xp

It's worked really well for 8 months now it's been playing up for several weeks. Switching it off for a minute does help, but it's a pain to have to do that 2 or 3 times a day...

Does anyone have info on who to contact to get Telstra to upgrade the exchange in our area? Telstra say it's not their responsibility it's the government's.......

The area we have moved to is a adsl broadband area - but we get as far as the final connection with various isp's and it all comes back to insufficient ports.

It's becoming very frustrating on dial up.

How do I fake the memory size so that OS will recognize that I actually have a lot of RAM. Eg. I have 512 MB RAM but certain program need more than that. So, if I can fake the RAM size (with settings or 3rd party software) and the OS recognise it as 2 GB, then I can installed the program that I needed. Thanks.

Ok i installed a demo of BLAZE MEDIA PRO from some strange website..........now i'm noticing that there's something wrong with my comp (popups just coming out of nowhere, it's slowing down etc....) now i went to control panel and tried to remove it but everytime i click on Remove (to remove the BMP) my computer just turns off............helpp how can i fix this, how can i remove this program????

I want to type something in Word, but I want to set up the mid-point so that after I print it out, I can fold the paper half-half and then to cut them.
