I have a dell dimension 4400 with an old 16mb ATI-RAGE Ultra 4x AGP viedo card. I would like to update to a PCI Viedo Card. Is this possible, and if so what changes do I have to make in my computer to make this work.

Are you referring to a PCie slot for the newer video cards? If so, your PC does not have a PCIe slot in which you can connect that type of video card. That upgrade is closed to you.

This is the unfortunate truth:

Due to the weak power supply in the Dimenstion 4400, you won't be able to do a very big upgrade. I would suggest looking at this card:

Radeon 9250 128MB

At $35 it's a pretty good deal and it's just about the fastest card your power supply can power. That said, this isn't a powerful card. It's very weak and years behind the current technology. But, hey, it should be better than a Rage Ultra with 16MB.

If you're not a gamer, then ignore all that about it being weak. It'll be fine for normal computing. Plus, it has TV-out so you can connect your TV to your computer.

You most likely meant PCI-E, answers to both PCI and PCI-E is no, its a hardware limitation.
