Is there a website that...?

Is there a website where u can zoom in your pics and keep it like that..I have a picture of myself but it was taken from a far angle..how can u zoom it in and keep it like that?

No idea what you mean by "keep it like that".

If you want to enlarge, copy that portion out and enlarge it.

If it looks jaggy / fuzzy, that's because it's supposed to.

The windows xp home sp2
has a zoom in out tool in mypictures
adjust your picture
then save or save as

Use Photoshop or Corel Photo Paint. And any other Photo editing Softwares.
