It's worked really well for 8 months now it's been playing up for several weeks. Switching it off for a minute does help, but it's a pain to have to do that 2 or 3 times a day...

Had the same problem, spoke to nice Indian Man in call centre. said I should turn it off for ten minutes and then turn in back on......at least once a week for normal users and once a day for heavy users, so keep turning it on and off, I agree its a pain particularly when you are in the middle of answering a que
