Last I heard it was still in the phase of deciding whether or not to go thru because both companies offer a lot of similar services, and then I just checked the headlines in the finance section of Yahoo and according to one of the major newspapers Microsoft is not going to buy Yahoo after all. This article was posted yesterday.
