I'm on a wireless connection. A download test says my download speed is 325 kb/s.

Yet, I can't watch videos. It will play it for a few seconds and then stop, and all that. But I would think with that kind of speed it would be able to play videos. I tried all different kinds of videos too.

Also, real downloads range from 10-20 kbs!!!!!!

WHY!?!

I see on orange county choppers on tv that they have a design program that Jim Quinn can draw on the computer screen with a pen. Does anyone know any programs that do that? Also what kind of equipment do you need to have if you want to draw like that? (I don't want a tablet pc application but rather something more like me drawing on the screen of the computer.)

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Okay so I have a Windows XP with 512mb of ram, 1.80Ghz, and 1.1GB left on my computer.

I would really like to upgrade my GHz to at least 2.3-2.7Ghz's.
Is that possible?
Im also not sure how to upgrade it either...... or how much it costs....
Which video card is best for my computer so it can upgrade?
I seriously need help here, I don't know what to do or what to get....

Help me please, thanks!

Every time i switch the back it makes a clicking sound. Is there something wrong with the switch or power button? If so how could i fix it? I dont know what else I could do.

Okay, here are the minimum requirements for H2V:
OS: Windows Vista™
Processor: 2 Ghz Pentium 4 class processor (or x64)
RAM: 1 GB
Hard Drive: 7 GB
Video Card: DX9 graphics card: WDDM driver, PS 2.0/32BPP, At least nVidia 6000 or ATI x700 or above
Online Multi-player: Internet connection for Games for Windows – LIVE
Drive: DVD-ROM drive

Now here are MY specs:
Processor: AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core TL-56 1.8 ghz CLOCKED @ 3.63 ghz
RAM: 893.4 mb RAM
Video Card: Integrated ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 132 mb w/ PS 2.0
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium (I am assuming with the WDDM driver?)

- DVD-ROM drive and enough hard disk space present

Now the RAM and Video Card I'm a little "iffy" on. Apparently, I am 131 mb off for RAM, and System requirements Lab says that my Video Card does not meet requirements, although I believe it does. It is new, works well on Battlefield 2, 2142, GTA III, Doom 3, Quake 4, and Halo 1 pc.

Will I still be able to play it?

So, has anyone gone dumpster diving and found some nice computer parts? Whats the best you've found.

I know people are going to bring "holier than thou" attitudes to this question, but realize that I've built two complete computers only from found parts.

Best I came across was two xeon 2.4 ghz CPUs
