If the switch from the back of the motherboard is off the digits in the motherboard says 20 but when I switch it on it the digits turns off wich wont let me turn it on when i touch the power button. Every time i switch the back it makes a clicking sound. Is there something wrong with the switch or power button? If so how could i fix it? I dont know what else I could do.

Sounds like a hardware (maybe motherboard/power supply) issue. Might want to take it to a computer shop to get it looked at it.

This is one of the times you need to take your computer to somebody to look at as you're going to start needing to swap out parts to find the broken one. I would suspect the power supply, possibly the ram, but a diagnosis of such a problem from HERE is, without trying to sound like a d*ck, kind of goofy to seek. You'll get 20 guesses what part failed and you might replace all 20 and not hit the broken part.
