nVidia is a brand that excels in video cards for high end gaming and graphics. In my opinion the best on the market today.

Nvidia is a major gpu and motherboard chipset maker. Its gpu ends up w/ the video card makers like XFX, BFG, Inno 3D, Palit, etc. Its chipsets end up in the motherboards of makers like Asus, Gigabyte, Epox, MSI, Abit, Foxconn, Asrock, ECS, DFI, etc.
