I guess the problem is with Vista. No new driver, imagine that!
-Someone had said that if I reformat the player then I could then install/register the software again. So...
--> Is this true? AND
--> Does just removing the files= reformatting? (That doesn't seem right)

You use the USB cable connect it to a computer and locate the files saved on it. Remove files.


VISTA causes a lot of problems like this YES!! I'm a gamer and have had no luck with all the VISTA security features.

Use the USB cord and go to my computer removable disk (whatever your Fisherprice) thing is in. Double click it and just delete files from there.
