So, has anyone gone dumpster diving and found some nice computer parts? Whats the best you've found.
I know people are going to bring "holier than thou" attitudes to this question, but realize that I've built two complete computers only from found parts.
Best I came across was two xeon 2.4 ghz CPUs

I pulled an HP laser printer with a full toner cartridge out of a dumpster once. I'm still using it three years later, and haven't needed to buy more toner.

I consistently try my proper to help out the community and the ecosystem. All those a million/2 empty beer and alcohol bottles particularly difficulty me alongside the aspects of the line. *hic* *50 cents a lb for aluminum*

Never found any computer parts, but I did find a dead hooker. She was fun until the rigor-mortis set in.
Seriously, who cares where you found the parts. Also, did you find the software in the dumpster or did you pirate it?
