Do a Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Use the Tab key to move around until Shut Down is selected
Hit Enter
The PC should shut down
Swap the mouse
Reboot

Computer has reboot and select proper boot device but mouse want work can't go any father

If you have a working keyboard press alt F4 until you reach
the shutdown then press enter. If this dose not work press in the off button for less than a second ant it should turn off.

if an usb mouse try another port. if an older type of mouse get an usb

Check whether the mouse has become disconnected otherwise you will just have to power cycle your PC

easiest way to switch off or reboot is press alt & f4 on keyboard then use arrow keys to select reboot or switch off

have you tried a different mouse if not try one if that doesn't work use a usb mouse

hold alt+ctrl+del, then with the cursor keys move to "users" then move to logoff, it will take you to the start menu then just move with the cursor keys or the tab key to shutoff, and you can turn it off, or have you tried the windows key on your keyboard it will take you to the start menu and then move with the cursor keys to "turn off computer".

um you can just hold the power button for 10 seconds
