It was working well before. I was able to create DVD but recently it cant' read blank DVD+R although my computer recognize the drive, it now only inform there are o bytes in the DVD i just place in its drive. I opened properties and in the DVD region , it says dvd region not selected and only 2 more times left to change it.. does this got to do with the problem i am encountering? help please..

I would appreciate those who can give me technical help..

i know that virtual memory comes to help when we have a low RAM..but why we can change it...why not having it fixed..to the max possible?

Any ideas what's going on with my Epson Stylus C66? Every time I go to print anything I have to do a nozzle cleaning!

After about 3 nozzle cleanings the print check finally comes up right, and it will print satisfactorily for that project. However, if any time elapses between that project and the next time I print (even as little as a day), I end up going through the same thing again. It's really annoying, as I'm wasting loads of ink, and paper.

It only seems to be the colours that really need the cleaning each time, but of course, it cleans both black and colours, and there's no option to tell it not to clean one or the other.

I've also changed the ink cartridges since this problem started, and it hasn't made any difference.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When I turn on my computer the ligth turns on along with the fan and cd drives but it doesnt beep. I took the hard drive out and placed it in another machine and it works fine.

Does anyone know what this might be?? I thought it was the hard drive but this isnt the case

I purchased a SONY VAIO VGN-SZ110 laptop on May 31st. This morning I noticed the LCD on my screen displayed 1 vertical line that shifted colors between yellow, white, and sometimes a different shade of blue. The line would appear and disappear intermittently for about an hour. At this time, the line is no longer visible. The laptop comes with a 90 day factory warranty (parts/labor).

Can someone let me know if this is a serious problem which I should send in to SONY for service or is this a minor problem that is common on all laptops?

Someone please help. Thank you in advance.
