i have a notebook with a sempron 3100 processor, whats the highest i can upgrade too and am i able to to upgrade to a turion 64 processor?

You'll have to know whether the processor is soldered to your mobo, or in a socket. If it's soldered to the mobo, no way can you replace it. Unless you have enough confidence to melt the old solder off and find a suitable CPU. Then, hopefully you won't get the new CPU too hot while your trying to solder it back onto the mobo and ruin it.

in this occasion the Turion is swifter. basically look at it... a million.8ghz vs. a million.sixty six ghz. the two between the processors are twin center... so the only with the swifter velocity is obviously swifter.
