It depends. Intel has more than one type of 3 GHz processor but if says on the box that it supports EMT64 then it is 64-bit capable. You will of course need a 64-bit capable OS to take advantage of it. If not, it will still work but only run in 32-bit mode.

If you have to ask I would guess 32 bit. There are not a lot of computers that are 64 bit.
To check go to start>all programs>system tools>system information
You should see reference to 64 bit if it 64 bit computer
There is no way to change hardware from 32bit to 64bit
Hyper-threading does not make something double to 128bit

The new processors are 64-bit, in your case you have dual 64-bit processors on one CPU.

you would have to be running windows x64 to notice a difference
but yes your processor is 64 bit

64 bit mostly.Maybe you have hyper-threading which will make it perform like a 128 bit.
