Develop a valid maintenance routine.
The PCs at the company should be given a regular check and clean to ensure their efficient working. Chantelle would like this documented.

• A maintenance schedule showing intervals between each check and clean.
• The maintenance schedule should also show the components which are to be included, and their own particular check/clean requirements.

Maintenance to me means running, spy-bot, windows defender, AVG anti-virus, and Ad-Aware. Most of these can be set up to run automatically at a preset time of day. Always set them to run in a "full" scan mode at a low usage time of day. These programs include a log, so you can document the frequency and time spent on scanning and the type of scan done. Other programs offer these features also.
