My modem is a Westell Eathernet modem connected to my desktop pc. My laptop has an internal wireless card. I don't know what type of cable I need to connect my router to my modem. The only free space on my modem is a usb square opening and on my router it is a square phone internet opening. As you can tell I am not very computer literate. Thank you

Alright, I already have a wireless router for my laptop so i can use the internet anywhere in the house. I was wondering what should I get so I can use the interenet everywhere I go? For example like in the car, for long trips, over a friend's house and away on vacation sort of things. Also I want to know if there are any separate wireless internet chip for going overseas? Thank you in advance.

s it easier getting a job as Mcse Administrator or RedHat Administrator?

What are the learning curves for both?
I see a lot of Mcse offers but a lot of people have M$ certifications so what could be my best career path?
Windows Administration or Linux Administration.
I am 47 and changing career so I am really careful on making my decision now. I was wondering about Web Development but I am thinking System Administrator in Windows or Linux might be a more practical path for me in regard of my age. So Windows or Linux guys?? Thanks.

I need a product that allows users to share notes, calendars, etc over a server. We are a small company that needs to be able to communicate with other and update a common file that is viewable to all users. Also need a feature to schedule daily tasks/activities and be able to view and update over a network. Basically, there are 3 of us that need to all have access to this program. The ability to send it to a Palm would be nice.
