How to setup proxy server?

we have internet connection in our Head Office and our branches are connected through VPN Connection and i want to setup a proxy server to give them an internet connection. how can i setup a proxy server?

you buy it and install it on the vpn server.

Be sure you purchase alot of user licenses if you have alot of users.
