hey could anyone let me know if they have bought out there contract with bt
im looking to get out of mine and go with sky but i had too sign a new contract with bt when i upgraded to bt home hub thing that they never sent but needed more download usage

Before your contract ends look at other Internet providers decide which one you want and then when the contract ends phone bt and tell them to end the contract and request a mac code you will need it to enroll with a new service provider. Bt will probably offer you a deal and try to get you to stay with them

No matter who you go with you will only be able to download so much per day. depending on what band width you using with your ISP.... some band widths are smaller than others like ours is 200 meg a day,

If we want to download more then we have to pay more for the privilege they have you by the short and curly, Tough I know but thats the way things are. these days.

if they never sent out the home hub just tell them thats why you are cancelling and if they try to talk you round tell them no way they had thier chance
