I Need the drivers for a RTL 8139D Fast PCI ethernet card

also is it any different from RTL 8139D(L)?

Generally all the 8139 drivers are include in the Windows 2000 and up system. If you fit the card it normally autodetects and installs itself. If not, the link below is the realtek driver download page
