What router can you buy that will allow you to manage bandwidth to each connected user?

I am looking for a router that will allow me to limit the amount of bandwidth that is sent to any single IP address to make it fairer for everyone in the house to be able to connect to the broadband wirelessly, please advise, thanks.

Home routers usually don't offer this feature. And business class routers are way too expensive.

You could try blocking known Peer to Peer ports on your router, temporarily, while you are online.
