if i connect two network cards to my computer, would the internet be faster?

Not really, because Ethernet cards can transfer 100mbps normally and now a days lots of them can do upto 1gbps, where as your internet line speed is not more than 24mbps (i think) so it is not going to help. It completely depends on your line speed. But for network purpose you can you multiple NIC which might increase the transfer rate but not for the net speed. Good luck!

From experience, multiple cards often cause a reduction in speed, the machine takes time to decide the best route. It then only sends to the card it chooses.

No, because you would be running 2 concurrent connections, not 1 connection being twice as fast.

If you want more speed, switch from IE to Firefox. Then get Firetune from Totalidea and run it. Firefox will scream!!!

no , your speed may increase a tad but not to the point your going to see a difference
