I have the Nuance disk...I have the support nuance page and have attempted to download the Papaerport professional 11 version. I have attempted to Download from the Nuance site using Windows Vista which is compatible. I have attempted to download from the Nuance CD which gives me "close files so paperport can load-you have open files that paperport needs to use....Nuance wants to bill me to fix this problem and my employer already paid 200$ for this program.

OK The problem occurs on the last part when I click to finish, the message reads the following files are open please close files so paperport can load. I dont see anything 'Open" Thus for twenty hours and 4 weeks of trying I cant get it to work. Yes I do work alone and know nothing about computers except all the working programs.

Hello Im running a webserver on my network with the ip of 192.168.1.x. My workstations reside on 192.168.16.x. How can I port foward from a machine on 192.168.16.x? When I attempted to do this on my router it said I could only enter a lan address. My current net layout is router -> server with two nics one of them with the address of 192.168.1.x and the other with the address of 192.168.16.x -> workstations 192.168.16.

Thank you the router im using is a netgear its a home model and not an enterprise one.

I have one router connected in the living room. i have a desktop connected to this router. I also have a laptop but i can't catch the wireless from this router wen i am in my room which is far from the router. Is there a way i can connect a next router closer to my room using cable or something so that i can use the the internet in my room on my laptop. How do i do this??

well i recently reformatted my computer and i deleted the previous windows copy and installed a legit one. After doing this my computer was very fast and no problems, just recently i installed windows xp MCAFEE. and my compter seems to run a little slower, its quite agitating. does mcafee make computers slower? i also have it installed with windows defender download from the xp site, does this contribute to the problem? thanks

I am looking to add a player plugin to simply play 1 track looped on a client website as background music. The most important features i need are the ability to change the look and feel of the player to match the website and that the track does not restart when visitors click links to different pages in the website. I am upgrading my graphics card and was after some recommendations for an upgrade.
Current system:

AMD ATHLON 64 X2 6000+
2GB DDR2 Ram
ASUS M2N-E SLI
ATI X1300 PCI-E
Windows Vista business 64bit

I have upto £70 to spend and was looking for a card for gaming (Mainly World of Warcraft) and would like to be able to add a second SLI card in the future.
Was thinking of a Geforce 8500gt but have read some bad reviews.
Would be grateful for links to any reviews of suggested cards.

This virus infects a user computer, and auto-send it to other computers through MSN messenger. I heard that there are a few kinds of similar trojan attack my friends' computer. The trojan which infects my computer save its file as .zip files in C:\WINDOWS Anyone can help??? Thanks!

I am creating Certificates for school, when i put a grade down and i drop a line and do it again in the same position it doesnt set it in the same position as the line above, for instance:

where do i go in my comp 2 change which drive is slave and which is master...no discs.....i see the end of the ribbon has a connection..with a 4 prong at the end...does the 4 prong need 2 be hooked 2 the slave or the master....the jump seems 2 be in the right place....a-b....i connected the slave 2 the second connection on the ribbon.......so where do i go to tell the comp what 2 read 4 master and slave......
