I think it has to do with the whole "Victim" mentality that has taken over this country. No one's problems are their own - they all want to blame someone else and therefore want someone else to fix it for them.
Then there's laziness. Why search up an answer over several web sites when you can have someone else do it for you?

You definitely have not the know how??? I'm glad to take your hand and take you to google and ask the question (politely) : how to burn a DVD, they'll promptly explain it to you. You cannot download NERO from any web you must buy the program then download it. You can search on google again for NERO program and you'll have the prices as well.

I love you question people act so helpless these days because they are always looking for someone else to fix there problems for them. Why don't you fix your own damn problems fool and actually put in some effort.Shockingly you might develop some independence or even worse self-esteem.
