Is it better for your eyes to be on the gomputer with or without glasses?

Since monitors are designed with normal eyesight in mind you should wear your glasses.
If they are reading glasses and not Rx glasses use the accessibility options under control panel to make the text bigger...

Depends on why you wear glasses. If you need them for close vision, then you probably need them when you are on the computer. If you need them for far vision, you may be able to read the computer better without them.
Only you can decide which is better for your vision.
