Can a laptop be installed with a pci express graphics card if it has a slot?

Since when did laptops come with PCI Express slots?

There are express card slots and Mini PCI Express slots in laptops but those will not take a PCI Express card.

Basically all you need to do is search LAPTOP GRAPHIC CARDS that are PCI-e (PCI-express) compatable.

As long as it's a laptop card and PCI-e compatable 99.9% of the time you should have no problem installing it. Size won't matter, and depends on the size you want.
