well few days bac i lost my nfs underground disc 2.. .though i have my installation cd... i haven't installed the game yet...IS there anyway i can play the game without the 2nd disc and do i require the 2nd disc for installation.

You could link to the CNN.com site that she listed and see it yourself. I went to full mother bear protect mode and tried to see what was scaring her, and in the process downloaded a virus from the bogus website that was posted. OK So I feel like an idiot, but I can't work I've been on the fon w/MS for hours, it looks like a popup (but not a popup I don't allow popups and have a firewall 14 ft deep to stop them) but it says my registrys is corrupted (their words not mine) and I will lose everything. So far all I've lost is my patience and a lot of money as I work from home and have been down since Fri. Can anyone here help me? I'm going to use all my precious points to post EVERYWHERE...Thank you in advance! PS this popup thing has popped up 37 times since I started writing this and I'm a fast typergirl!

I can only enter my xp now through safe mode with networking...

I tried to reformat using cd, but i can't do that either...

I use trend micro pc-cillin and it has got rid of several trojans but 5 of them are hiding in files,and although my security has given me the location of them,my searches show no results.I have tried hidden files etc,but nothing.here is an example--ADW CMDDSKTOP.A--this one is in--c:\Windows\VXNlcg\asappsrv.dll----Is there a program to help look at files, or another way i can search for them??I think some of these are in system files,so i can probably do some harm here,but i have to get rid of them and i own all of my software so i should be able to reinstall windows and office again to start again shouldnt i??--any help please.-ps. has my print got bigger,or is this the new look for answers?

I want to change the left click from a double click to a single click. NB: this is different to simply changing the mouse speed from fast to slow. I am running windows xp professional and know it can be done as I have changed it for my own account setting and want to change it for my friend who has a lot of trouble manipulating the mouse. But do you think I can remember how I did it ....... Thanks all.
