Try scanning with your virus software in 'safe mode' (tap the F8 key before the welcome screen appears, select 'safe mode only')

If you are still having trouble after that, find yourself a good tech board (there are several online). They will instruct you to download/post a hijack this log. They will guide you as to what to delete. Do not attempt this on your own as you could inadvertently delete valuable files.

Good luck.

Hi there,

I would try a lesser known program called Prevx1.

This currently has the strongest protection and removal ability for ALL malware (virii, spyware, adware, trojans, rootkits, etc) so will most likely remove these files (plus any others) that PC-cillin has missed.

They have a free trial of their product which you can use to scan your PC and remove anything nasty free of charge here:

If the virus ran it could have contaminated different records, so deleting that one record won't restoration something. And, if the virus broken records, the wear remains even once you get rid of the virus. you will desire to *N*E*V*E*R* plug in a pen stress which you be responsive to has a pandemic, different than to a working laptop or pc equipped to handle it (one working an anti-virus application which you be responsive to can capture that virus, and that's working in genuine time).

You need to run in safe mode.

While booting (or before Windows starts) press F8 and selec run in safe mode with networking (which will make you access the net) then update your pc-cilin and clean (if possible) or delete the virus. Rememeber that when you delete the virus it also deletes the file it infects.

Good luck
