IF YOU PRESS FN +F5 IT WILL POP UP A WINDOW SAYING THAT WIRELESS RADIO AND bluetooth OFF, YOU CLICK ON TURN ON .

u need to install the software and if ur comp supports it it will be activated u also need to get the device if its not inbuilt in ur pc
