If there is one is there a way to integrate it with Outlook Express environment

I haven't looked in years, but I thought you could do it in Outlook. It's called time bombing. I'm not sure if the feature is still there, but I will look when I get to work (I'm late) and edit my post.

Edit: I just looked in MS Outlook. In the message body there is an Options button. In there, you will find an option for delay send. I'm not sure about OE, but it's worth a look. Good luck.

I only know that in AOL you have the delayed sending option and
there is also a program called Incredimail.com - they have great
icons and expressive email that also uses it.
