I have found the following site to be most helpful in sorting through the graphic card maze:

I suppose thats $150...
A GeForce 8600 GT is available for that price, though if you shop around, you may find even an 8600GTS for that much.
But, if you don't find one, you could get a Palit GeForce 8500 for well below that (about 100 dollars; less if anything...).
Since your motherboard supports SLI, you could get TWO 8500 cards (Foxconn's 8500 GT) for that price. 1 Foxconn 8500 Gt costed $81 when it came out, so eve if the price hasnt reduced, its within your budget. Two cards combined in SLI have been proven to perform better than cards more expensive than them both combined, so I recommend it.
Sorry for not adding a link though
Hope this helped.

Your computer specs look pretty good except you are right saying that you should upgrade your graphics card. I would suggest buying an Nvidia card because I don't think ATI works with your SLI technology ( you would'nt be able to have two cards if you have an ATI one). You would be able to have two Nvidia cards though. The Geforce 8500GT I think is a good card for 150 bucks and 512MB. Consider going for it and SLI later on.

Looks like the 8600GTS is right at the top of your price range and it is an awesome card. If you can't afford that, the next best would be the 8600GT. Both of these would be able to play WOW fine as well as many other games.

8600GT for a single card if your adding asecond card in SLI your budget really needs to go to 120 to get any decent cards in SLI. the Geforce 8600GTS in sli is great!

YEAH, your powerful PC deserves a better graphics card. Your budget can get you the 8600GT factory overclocked version. It is quite a decent mainstream DX10 card.

continue looking for cards and reading reviews... when you find a card within your price range with good reviews... buy it.
